A few of my Cards

I can't believe in my postings that I have never posted a House Mouse Stamp. These little guys are one of my passions. I have a wall full of their stamps.

So here are a few for you too see.

The first one is for a Blue and Brown swap...on the left side is a popsicle stick and if you remove ithere is ribbon wrapped around it for my swap partner to use.

Next one is for a red, white, and blue swap.

Last one was for another swap.

I don't have all of them scanned because although I do a lot of them they are put away for swaps. So I will post them from now on every now and then!!

here is kitchen

Had to stop work on kitchen to do renovations to the bathroom because of the plumbing that has to run down to the basement.

I'm excited though to have a functioning kitchen, this has been a lot of work for DH who is no spring chicken (he doesn't read my blog) LOL. Gives you an idea I love my cabinets!!!! On the right side you can see the back of the floor to ceiling cabinet (called a pantry) it stores all my big appliances!!! I feel just like an HGTV (Design to Sell) kitchen with only my coffee pot on the counter. Those of you who are also HGTV fanatics will know what I'm talking about!!!

Been a while!!!

Well here I am again. Can't believe it's been two months.

In this time I have lost my craft room twice to renovations...whine... but now it seems to be back together if not perfect it is functioning . Even have a new craft table. Hopefully I will have my own sink and extra storage as soon as DH gets everything hooked up!!! This will be great for all my techniques from Technique Junkies that I love to do. I am getting the old sink and vanity from the old bathroom installed in my craft room!!

It has also been a year since I became a DT for Firecracker Designs by Pamela and my time is up.
She has already picked her new DT for this year and it is with mixed emotions I watch this year come to an end. I am anxious to find out who is on the new DT but sad to see our time to come. I will miss my other team mates, Brenda, Etha, Lorraine, Jen and Ursula very much. They have inspired and encouraged me so much this year, not only with their work but with their knowledge that I feel they have helped me grow tremedously. What can I say about our Leader Pam, other than she is the bestest!! She not only is one great stamp artist but she is a wonderful person. She also helped me to grow this year. Between her wonderful stamps, encouragement, and critiques, she gave me a year full of knowledge and inspiration. So thanks Pam and Design Team 2007-2008 it's been a super year. I know we will all keep in touch through other avenues, and I'm sure I will contiune to pick your creative brains!!!!

The last release has some really creative and beautiful stamps that you must go look. I know September releases will be fantastic too...so go there right now....and don't forget to visit again in September,November, December, January 2009, oh I think you get the message...visit weekly!!!!!

All this being said I really hope to post more on my blog. I hope to get some of the cards I've made and also some cards some of my creator buddies have made. I have one buddy who has gotten into making different styles of cards and I'm hoping to get her to let me post some of her work and instructions on how to make these cards. What do you say Kathay?
